Kumoyama Story 1

Kumoyama is a white dog Beastfolk from Kenran Village, a small area located in the remote regions of Seiran Wakoku. His father passed away when he was young, leaving him orphaned. Perhaps due to hereditary factors, Kumoyama was weak and sickly as a child, so the villagers were not so fond of him. Eventually, he left the village and wandered. It was by chance that he met Kyrian, who took him to his abbey and raised him.

Kumoyama Story 2

Kumoyama's personality... is as complicated as his childhood. While he generally appears cheerful and adorable, due to his bitter childhood, deep down, he has a tendency to push himself to read the room, please others, and act overly compliant. If you aren't that close to him, though he won't be exactly cold to you, there will still be an obvious sense of distance and alienation. That said, by nature, Kumoyama is still a genuinely upright and lovable person.

Kumoyama Story 3

Not sure if Kumoyama himself is aware that some of his behaviors are quite endearing. His naturally lovable and affectionate side tends to show more when he's with people he truly trusts. However, with his past childhood, one cannot help but wonder if this side of him stems from a fear of being abandoned again, and the thought alone only makes people feel more protective and unwilling to let go of him. Because of this, Kyrian taught him swordsmanship, hoping that it would help him become more confident and allow him to slash through the inner demons that still haunt him to this day.

Kumoyama Story 4

In addition to the katana passed down to him by Kyrian, Kumoyama's favorite things are apple candies and melon soda. Also, he tends to get a little jealous when people he likes and trusts become overly close with others. At times like this, all it takes is a head pat to make him happy again. Whether it's his preference for food or his simple jealousy, they all showcase his innocent and adorable nature.
